Once done, your project should load without the error so then you can then remove the watermark. You can verify your version by clicking PowerDirector in the upper right hand corner of a launched session.

The 365 version purchase should work as CL provided those users a new update on, you just need to make sure you have checked and applied updates via the app manager.

I think what happened here is the Trial version of PD is 2717, the perpetual version is still stuck at 2405 so until CL provides a patch for perpetual you are screwed. Once installed she tried to open her project but got the error message "This project was created in a newer version of CyberLink PowerDirector and is not supported by the current version." She said she really wanted to removed the watermark. Just a 10 min video that took her probably 30 hrs. I got her started working on her project - combining clips from all the teachers in the school lipsyncing. Quote I was at my friends house bragging about PowerDirector - I used it when it was in the single digits! We downloaded the trial. What would you recommend we do to solve this one? I definitely feel like idiot for recommending the purchase, but mostly, I'm hoping there is just something we are just missing.

The new mode disables last-modified-time based comparisons and overwrites the conflicting files and blobs at the destination if this flag is set to true. Added mirror mode support in sync operation via mirror-mode flag. I told her to uninstall, detele everything but her project file, reboot and try it again. Improved performance for copying small blobs (with size less than 256MiB) with Put Blob from URL. She has uninstalled and reinstalled, but doesn't seem to be getting anywhere. so I told her to buy the 365 version, instead.
